This page says how accessible minervaxr.com is, what we know is not yet right, and how to reach a person who will fix it.

What we aim for

We build this site to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at Level AA. That covers the things that decide whether a site is usable at all with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, or without a mouse.

We assess this site as partially conformant: it meets that standard in the areas we have measured, with one known exception named below. We say "partially" because it is accurate, not because we are being modest.

What works today

Measured on the live site rather than assumed:

• Colour contrast — every piece of text on the site meets or exceeds the required contrast against its background, in both the light and dark themes.
• Images — all images carry text alternatives, and images that are purely decorative are correctly marked so a screen reader skips them instead of reading noise.
• Forms — every field has a real label, so a screen reader announces what it is asking for.
• Keyboard — the whole site can be operated without a mouse, and the element you are on always shows a visible focus outline.
• Skip link — a "skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard or screen-reader user reaches, so the navigation does not have to be traversed on every page.
• Structure — page regions (navigation, main content, footer) are marked up so they can be jumped between directly.
• Motion — the moving partner logos can be stopped, and they do not move at all if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Without JavaScript — the content still renders if scripting is blocked or restricted, which is common on locked-down hospital desktops.

What is not right yet

• Heading levels skip on the home page. The home page goes from a level-1 heading to level-3 without a level-2 in between. Screen readers announce structure by level, so the outline reads as though a section is missing. The content is all reachable and nothing is hidden by it. It is on our list, and it is honest to say it is not fixed on the day this page was published.

How this site was assessed

Self-assessment. The checks above were run against the live site by inspecting what the browser actually renders — computed colours and contrast ratios, the accessible name of every image, link, button and form field, keyboard focus behaviour, and the page structure a screen reader is given. This is not a substitute for testing by people who use assistive technology daily, and we do not claim it is.

This statement was last reviewed on 30 August 2026. It is reviewed when the site changes in a way that could affect any claim on it.
