Custom simulations
We build the simulation for you
Minerva XR builds custom VR training simulations on commission for hospitals, med schools and training centers. Your instructors describe the procedure and the room; our team designs and builds the simulation; it is delivered onto your own headsets and runs on the Minerva platform.
What do you build?
Procedure and scenario training in VR: a room laid out the way yours is, the equipment in it, and a staged walkthrough of the procedure your learners need to practice — with the steps, checks and mistakes that matter written in with your instructors.
The proof is delivered work, not a promise: our ECMO cannulation simulator was ordered by a hospital — a 14-stage procedure walkthrough, from entering the room to restored flow, with an AI tutor beside the learner. Their instructors run it themselves now. The demo video on the front page shows the same Editor AI laying out that scenario.
How does a build work?
It starts with a working session with the people who teach the procedure. From there: scenario design (the stages, the decision points, what counts as done) — then the 3D build — then review rounds with your instructors until it teaches what they teach — then delivery onto your headsets, in your Minerva library, beside your own recordings.
What does it cost?
Each build is scoped and quoted per project after the first working session — the price follows the size of the scenario, not a rate card, and you will have the number before any work begins. The platform it runs on is Minerva Core, from $0, with no per-device fee.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scenario's size, and the honest answer arrives with the quote: the working session ends with a scope, a timeline and a price together. A single-procedure simulation is a focused build, not a research project — the ECMO simulator went from request to running on the hospital's own headsets as one such build.
Who runs it afterwards?
You do. A commissioned simulation lands in the same library as the rest of your content and is run like any other Minerva session: your instructors, your headsets, your own network — no Minerva XR staff in the room, and no internet needed to run it.
Can we build our own later?
Yes — that is the other half of the product. Minerva is a no-code platform: teams bring their own 360° recordings today, and the Simulation Editor, for authoring your own cases, is in development. Commissioning a build and authoring your own are the same library and the same platform, so starting with one never locks you out of the other.
Want a simulation built? Book a demo and bring the procedure — the first working session is where every build starts.
